Oh! Wishing to greatly revise the bland style for my trusty site. Reactions on the feel at https://ontarioexteriorsolutions.ca? Seriously a door installer if, perhaps desired within the general Ontario region. Leave your opinions. Appreciated!

Right next to the courthouse on Spring Street you can find Maddux Station Food and Wine bar. The place looks like it's turning into one of the real gems of Cookesville dining. I gave it a try, and I'm pleased to say Maddux did not disappoint.

The atmosphere has a flavor all of it's own, being open and airy, while also maintaining a rustic simplicity to it that makes having a meal here a delightful experience. Make no doubts about it thoughMaddux is also quite modern and upscale, both refined and relaxed. During busy hours the patrons keep the place softly humming with talk, with the light clinking of glasses being heard in the background.

The tables and benches are all of reclaimed wood, juxtaposing it's modern flavors with it's more rustic ones. The fine china that Maddux uses, with it's unique designs, adds to this variety in a pleasing way.

The waiter sent over a basket of foccacia bread. I'll normally stay away from the bread that restaurants offer to save room for dinner, but this was worth biting into. Fresh, house made, and with a light crunch to it. It came with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and slightly pattered with cracked pepper.

We didn't have to wait long until our appetizers came out: a brie cheese, finely sliced, warm, and with some fruit and balsamic honey. There is little that compares to these distinct flavors reaching your taste

buds at the same time. Incredible flavor, however I had a time trying to figure out how I would go about eating itit left me more confused than I like to be while I'm having a bite to eat. Food should be pretty simple in this regard, no matter how fancy it is! Also, I'm hoping that by the next time I come, the cook will have added some walnuts to the mix.

For the main course, I had the fried chicken with polenta, with a wilted green salad with bacon and blueberry BBQ sauce. The chicken was succulent and very well cooked; while I couldn't help wanting more seasoning and breading to go with the tasty chicken meat. The polenta was a bit on the dry sideit still however maintained it's flavor. The highlight of the meal for me was the greens. The blueberry BBQ sauce was incredible, absolutely delicious. My

only qualm was that they didn't serve more of it. If you are a bacon lover, you might mention to the waiter how much you like it, and they can bring a bit more than what is normally served on the plate.

And of course, dessert. I tried the poached apple with a vanilla ice cream filling topped with walnuts, cinnamon, and honey. Very unique, very tasty, and something worth recommending. The whole experience was great. I loved the lighting, loved the atmosphere, and although I was nit picky with the meal in a few cases, it is worth another trip back for the same thing.
